Last Night
After arriving at our site last night, we took a trip down to the river to practice Lectio Divina. It was an idyllic setting in which to hear God speak to us.
Unfortunately, our mediations were interrupted by multiple emergency vehicles searching for a missing kayaker. Please pray that the missing person was or will be found safe and healthy, and for comfort for their family and friends.

ReplyDeleteEmery has been a real trooper. Even with mono I think he has more energy than me! He's been looking a little rough in the mornings but he's doing well after he gets over the night buildup.
